A storm is brewing in Boston and Hartford, and you can be among the first to witness ‘Into the Storm.’ Find out how to enter the drawing to win a pair of passes to an advance screening.

CliqueClack has partnered with Warner Brothers Pictures to offer readers in the Boston and Hartford areas an opportunity to attend an advance screening of the new disaster movie Into the Storm starring Richard Armitage, Sarah Wayne Callies Matt Walsh, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Arlen Escarpeta, Nathan Kress, Jon Reep and Jeremy Sumpter.

In the span of a single day, the town of Silverton is ravaged by an unprecedented onslaught of tornadoes. The entire town is at the mercy of the erratic and deadly cyclones, even as storm trackers predict the worst is yet to come. Most people seek shelter, while others run towards the vortex, testing how far a storm chaser will go for that once-in-a-lifetime shot. Told through the eyes and lenses of professional storm chasers, thrill-seeking amateurs, and courageous townspeople, Into the Storm throws you directly into the eye of the storm to experience Mother Nature at her most extreme.

The screenings will take place Monday, August 4, 7:00 PM at the following locations:

  • AMC Boston Common, Boston
  • AMC Plainville, Hartford

A limited number of passes will be available through a random drawing. Please read and follow the rules in order to be eligible for this contest. There will be no exceptions!

  • Comment on this post with either BOSTON or HARTFORD. Nothing else. Any additional commentary will result in your entry being invalid.
  • You MUST include your FULL NAME — First AND Last — for verification purposes. Entries with only a first name or initials will be invalid.
  • ONE comment per person and/or email address. Multiple comments will result in disqualification. CliqueClack reserves the right to discard any and all duplicates or entries that appear to be duplicates. We want to keep these offers fair for everyone.
  • Contest period runs from Thursday, July 24 to 11:59 PM Thursday, July 31. Winners will be selected Friday, August 1st and will be notified no later than Saturday, August 2.
  • Winners will receive a unique GoFoBo.com code which is good for up to two Admit One passes.

Please note that passes do not guarantee seats at the screening. Seating is first come, first served so plan to arrive early. CliqueClack has no control over the total number of passes distributed, and is not responsible for seating arrangements at the theater.

  4. I am a big fan of Richard Armitage. I have been following his career for sometime thru Brittish TV, film, the Armitage Army fans blogs, comments and pics of Mr. Armitage.

    I have never been in a tornado, but have seen the results of a tornado that hit a few years back in the north western part of Massachusetts. The destruction is unbelievable Also my niece lived in Goshin, Indiana where tornado warnings are most periodically given.

    I am very interested in seeing this movie.
