Bones

– The sex of Brennan and Booth’s baby will be revealed during the second episode of the upcoming season. Source: Entertainment Weekly

– Morgan Fairchild will guest star in episode three as Bianca, the CEO of a toy company. The deceased of the week is an employee at Bianca’s company. Source: TV Guide

– Booth’s grand-father and Special Agent Genevieve Shaw will appear in episode four. Source: TV Line

Castle

– Bummer for fans who wanted a Castle/Beckett reunion asap: TV Guide claims that “a gorgeous female art insurance investigator will catch Castle’s eye and their chemistry will be instant.” The role might be a recurring one. Source: TV Guide

William Atherton will guest star as Dr. Ari Weiss. The character is described as a “life-extension researcher who has dedicated most of his work to the study of cryogenic freezing.” Source: TV Guide

24’s Penny Johnson Jerald is joining Castle as Captain Montgomery’s replacement, Victoria Gates. Her arrival will threaten Castle’s role at the precinct as she will questions why he is still around. Jerald said in an interview with TV Guide that her character, nicknamed Iron Gates, has “eyes in the back of her head and won’t let [her staff] get away with anything.” Could it mean that if Castle wants to stick around, he’ll need to not only play by the rules but maybe even do some type of training so to know what said rules are? CSI:NY

Joey McIntyre will play Ray in the October 14 episode. The character and one of the CSIs will be involved in a shooting. Source: Entertainment Weekly

Cougar Town

– The show is looking for an older set of twins to play Stan. When the series return, Stan will be around three years old, which will allow for more storylines featuring him. Source: TV Line

– In an upcoming episode, Travis will end up in the ER. Source: TV Line

Desperate Housewives

– Now that Tom and Lynette are separated, expect them to go back on the dating scene. Less Than Perfect’s Andrea Parker will play Tom’s new girlfriend, Jane. It won’t surprise many of you to learn that Lynette will track the woman down and try to befriend her. They will actually become friends but things will get sour when Lynette gives Jane an ultimatum. - Crossing Jordan’s Miguel Ferrer will appear in multiple episodes as Andre Zeller, a character that TV Line describes as “a renowned and temperamental contemporary artist who is teaching a course at the local college.” Andre will cross paths with Susan when the latter decides to go back to art school. Charles Mesure will play a regular character named Ben Faulkner. He is a real estate developer who moves to Wisteria Lane. Renee will be smitten with him from the start. Source: Watch With Kristin

Glee

– Mike’s parents will be introduced this season and they will have an opinion about Tina and the fact that she is not from a traditional Asian family. Source: TV Guide

– In the season premiere, Kurt will try everything to convince Blaine to transfer to McKinley High. Good news, bad news for Santana: She will be made captain of the Cheerios and then learn that she will be co-captain after all. Source: TV Line

Grey’s Anatomy

– The season premiere on September 22 will be two hours in length. Watch the season premiere preview in the clip below.

 

 

– Owen, who will now be the new Chief, will bond with Derek while the two of them work on building Derek’s house. Source: TV Guide

– Episode four will focus on the male characters and they will even share voiceover duties. The main storyline will revolve around a disaster that happens at a comics convention. Source: Entertainment Weekly

Fringe

– Walter will be going insane without Peter. According to John Noble, Walter “won’t leave the lab. He hears voices and has hallucinations … he’s crazy!” Camera in hand, Astrid will be Walter’s eyes and hears on the crime scenes. Source: Watch With Kristin

How I Met Your Mother

How I Met Your Mother- Barney and Robin will dance together while at Punchy’s wedding. From the picture on the left, it looks like their dancing will be quite passionate. Source: Watch with Kristin

Kal Penn’s character will be introduced in the fourth episode of the upcoming season. Robin will see Penn’s character, a therapist, to help her deal with her feelings for Barney. She will eventually develop feelings for her shrink. Source: TV Line

 

 

 

 

Modern Family

– When the series return, Alex will have gone up in the popularity chain as she’ll be sitting at the cool table in high school with Haley! Source: Entertainment Weekly

NCIS

– Abby will reveal something about her past and her family that will tie-in a mini-arc. Gibbs’ father and DiNozzo’s father will return. Source: TV Guide

Parks & Recreation

– Not only will Tammy 2, played by Megan Mullally, be back. And dot only will we finally see Tammy 1, to be played by Patricia Clarkson. But we will see the original Tammy, aka Ron’s mother! The character will be played by Paula Pell. Source: TV Line

– Ron Swanson: Scout Leader! Hilarious, no? That’s what will happen in episode four of the upcoming season. Source: Entertainment Weekly

The Mentalist

– The new head of the CBI, named Luther Wainwright, will be played by Michael Rady. TV Line describes the character as “a very educated, fresh-faced special agent, who has very little field experience under his belt, but who is a fast learner and will eventually be able to go toe-to-toe with Jane.” Source: TV Line

Lie to Me’s Kelli Williams will play Beth Flint in the October 6 episode. Beth was a client of Jane’s when he was working as a psychic. She will seek Jane’s help this time around to locate her 9-year-old son Connor, who has been kidnapped. Source: TV Guide

The Middle

Molly Shannon will guest star as Frankie’s sister, Janet. Source: TV Line

The Office

– Andy’s family is about to grow! Stephen Collins will play his father, Dee Wallace will play his mother, and singer Josh Groban will portray Andy’s brother. All three are set to appear in an episode that will air in October. Source: Deadline and TV Line

I want Barney to marry Robin and NOT Nora!!! They are amazing together… Ted.. well yeah i think he might marry Barney’s half sister…
