As the various winter holidays rush toward us, the programming on the televisions begins to slow down. That opens the door for things like the Victoria’s Secret models beating everything else on the networks. On cable, ‘The Walking Dead’ went out with a bang, literally and figuratively.
‘Boardwalk Empire’ went to some seriously creepy and dramatic places this week as Jimmy’s life turned into a Greek tragedy, Nucky’s trial got closer, and Van Alden’s past caught up with him.

It’s a dark day for fans of ‘Community’ as the new NBC mid-season schedule has the show being bumped into the neverland of ‘returning at some point’. On cable, AMC has found a partner for ‘The Walking Dead’ in ‘Hell On Wheels’.
