I don’t question her ability or her performance skills, I just think she too much resembles the Joe Crocker era. I will probably be shouted down for this, but I honestly don’t see the “new” or originality that makes a great performer today.

Of course, since what they mainly do is cover work, it is hard to be too original. I liked Mariah’s comment on that.

I was completely for Angie after her original, but Candice is winning me over.

I don’t think we will completely get to the final five being women, because as males drop off the votes for males might consolidate. If it were talent alone, I’d expect the final four to be women, with Amber the only one lost earlier.
