I got really excited when Dexter found Harrison with a trail of what looked like blood leading up to him, but then was disappointed that it just turned out to be an offhand joke.
I wonder if it’s just a case of Harrison being harder to write for. Like you say, playdates at the park are boring. But… he’s there, he’s Dexter’s flesh and blood, and our last little link to Rita. And I agree with you about the overarching parenting themes, so they’ve GOT to use him at some point. Fingers crossed…
