Tried watching twice and couldn’t stand it past 15 minutes. Don’t like Mary McDonnel and she will never fill Kyra’s shoes. I suppose this awful storyline about delinquent “Rusty” and Raydor trying to find his mother will play through all the episodes. Yuk! Yuk! Yuk! I don’t like how they have changed the other characters – they’re just not fun (or funny) to watch anymore. I would have rather seen The Closer end with the entire squad leaving with Brenda.

I loved loved loved The Closer and you would think that I would just naturally watch Major Crimes but I have not. Especially since I was already a fan of the core group I just don’t know why I didn’t keep watching. It wasn’t like they killed Brenda off and I am holding a grudge..lol. Maybe someday I will check it out.
