Last week’s episode of Lipstick Jungle, appropriately, had a Thanksgiving theme, and Nico ended up having more to be thankful for than she anticipated.
I predicted things were headed that way a few weeks ago, and sure enough, I was right (you go, Jane). When Megan dropped the baby with Nico and Kirby, I figured she probably wouldn’t come back.
At first, I think Nico wasn’t thrilled with the idea, because she didn’t want to get too attached to the baby. But once she had little Charlie overnight, she warmed up to the idea of being a mom.
I thought Kirby would be on-board with it. I mean, he seemed great with the kid — all gentle and sweet — but by the episode’s end, you’re left wondering if it’ll be too much for him to handle.
Something tells me that Megan will be back at some point, probably right before Nico’s adoption of Charlie is ready to take place (if the show lasts that long, that is).
If Nico ends up keeping the baby, do you think Kirby will come around? Or will that be the end of their relationship?

I love this show and I almost don’t want to watch anymore because NBC always takes the good shows away. It’s getting hard to care too much since the show’s future is uncertain. But enough about that.
I would love for Kirby to get on board with the baby but I just don’t see it. He and Nico are so great together.
As much as I like Vanessa Marcil her neediness does not ring true. Besides Wendy and Shane are good together that doesn’t need to be messed with.
