Holy smokes. It’s a short week of DVD releases. With no big network names on the list, the best action is coming to us from across the pond. The petrol-heads over at Top Gear have made season 16 available. If you’re more of a sci-fi person, Doctor Who checks in with two more classic offerings. And the pick of the week goes to my most favorite Doctor Who spin-off, Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Spin-off, you ask? I can’t be the only one that views the entirety of the series as an alternate universe where Rose Tyler never met the Doctor. Or… more fun… hasn’t met him yet. But just wait ’til she does!
