It’s a short list this week, headlined by the latest releases from South Park and Eureka. Those are both fine choices for your DVD shelf, but for the pick of the week we are getting in the wayback machine. I, Claudius is one of the most successful shows to ever come out of the BBC. It won three BAFTAs before being brought to the states as part of Masterpiece and adding an Emmy to the trophy case. It was so big at the time that it was even parodied by Sesame Street. If you missed the original run in the 70s, or any of the subsequent replays, the new 35th Anniversary collection is well worth a look.
