‘Caprica’ returned last week, and the results leave us questioning how long the show can remain a part of the new Syfy. Over on the networks, there are still a few new shows (‘The Event’, ‘The Defenders’, ‘Detroit 187′) looking to find their levels.
A seemingly random case brings with it the return of Castiel and news about a civil war among the angels. Those revelations could be our first clues about who is collecting monsters, and who brought Sam and Samuel back.

A tangled web of would-be treasure hunters make up the latest group of murder suspects. As the team tries to find the killer, and the hidden treasure, someone from Beckett’s past joins the fray.
It’s only week two and already the cancellation act has been swung. Twice. In happier news, ‘Glee’ managed to ride the popularity of Britney, or Brittany, to even better numbers than the premiere. Also, good grief, a lot of people watch ‘Jersey Shore’.
Sam and Dean do their best Selleck and Guttenberg when an infant falls into their care. But this is no ordinary infant. Just how special little Bobby John is soon leads to more reveals about just where this season might be headed.
Lots of new (‘Legend of the Seeker’, ‘Party Down’, ‘Top Gear’, ‘CSI’, ‘Scrubs’, ‘Family Guy’, ‘Cleveland’, ‘South Park’, ‘No Reservations’) and classic (‘Designing Women’, ‘Rhoda’, ‘Rich Man Poor Man’, ‘Swamp Thing’) releases on the shelves this week.
