We are still a couple weeks away from full schedules, but the CW got the fall 2010 season rolling with four premieres. Over on cable, FX had a pair of premieres of their own in ‘Sons of Anarchy’ and ‘Terriers’.
Lots of new stuff this week, including ‘Supernatural’, ‘Chuck’, ‘Smallville’, ‘The Office’, ‘Persons Unknown’, and ‘Skins’. Also a host of older offerings like ‘Prime Suspect’, ‘Doctor Who’, ‘thirtysomething’, and ‘Less Than Perfect’.
Finally the TV summer comes to a close. Next week we will have new fall network shows to talk about! That means a whole lot more scripted programming numbers, and a whole lot less ‘Shaq Vs.’
More sets from last season roll in this week, including ‘Vampire Diaries’, ‘House’, ‘NCIS:LA’, ‘Parenthood’, ‘Brothers & Sisters’, ‘Sons of Anarchy’, ‘FlashForward’, and ‘The Middle’.
The networks have all but shut down as we wait for the new fall season to kick off. Over on cable, have you noticed what ‘The Glades’ has been doing? It’s not really getting the press, but the numbers are there for A&E to call this one a success.
Lots of new sets this week, including ‘Flight of the Conchords’, ‘Lost’, ‘NCIS’, ‘The Simpsons’, ‘Gossip Girl’, ‘Pawn Stars’, ‘90210’, and ‘Ben 10′. Also look for ‘Sandbaggers’, ‘Patty Duke’, and ‘Ax Men’.
After conquering the internet, and DVD, ‘Dr. Horrible’ is finally starting to find its place on the stage. This weekend I was lucky enough to attend opening night of the Seattle production, and it was outstanding.
