Bio: My time away from the TV is spent in an IT cave doing things that might seem interesting on the surface, but would likely bore you in detail. Along with those lofty pursuits, I'm a huge fan of Mr. Neal Stephenson, have a strange love for Canadian things, and am currently hammering out the tenets for a boob-based-religion. If you need to find me, try looking in one of Seattle's many theatres. This one is my current favorite.

The Streamy Awards – An unmitigated disaster

The Second Annual ‘Streamy Awards’ happened on Sunday, and to call it a train wreck is to be kind. A horribly produced show turned vulgar and offensive while falling well short of its goal to honor excellence in web television.

Castle – Tom Bergeron, FTW!

In a case of network cross-promotion gone right, Tom Bergeron crosses the time-slot for a guest spot on ‘Castle.’ His turn as late-night legend Bobby Mann takes a murderous look at all of the recent talk show shenanigans.

Ratings Clack – What the what? Idol is #3?

ABC and CBS went with the old double-team, using ‘Dancing With The Stars’ and the NCAA Championship to knock ‘Idol’ all the way to third in viewers last week. Elsewhere, what’s up with those ‘Justified’ numbers?

Webisode Clack reminder – The Streamy Awards

Heads up! It’s been a whole year already. That means it’s time for the second annual ‘Streamy Awards’. You can watch the show live this afternoon on the web, or your iPhone.
