Lots of new sets this week, including ‘Flight of the Conchords’, ‘Lost’, ‘NCIS’, ‘The Simpsons’, ‘Gossip Girl’, ‘Pawn Stars’, ‘90210’, and ‘Ben 10′. Also look for ‘Sandbaggers’, ‘Patty Duke’, and ‘Ax Men’.
After conquering the internet, and DVD, ‘Dr. Horrible’ is finally starting to find its place on the stage. This weekend I was lucky enough to attend opening night of the Seattle production, and it was outstanding.
As we get closer to the fall season, the NFL is already taking over the ratings race on the networks. Over on cable, TruTV brought out their new show to be evaluated, only to be disappointed when they learned it was counterfeit, and not worth as much as they thought.
If you’re consistently alienating your TV-watching companions with your obnoxious commentary, then perhaps you need another place to vent your opinions….
As if there weren’t already enough questions in need of answering on ‘Persons Unknown,’ we got a few more that would benefit from being checked off before the end of the series.
I’m pretty deep into the books of ‘The Walking Dead,’ which AMC has picked up as a TV series. However, I’m just not so sure it’ll translate well, because I really can’t stand any of the characters.
Season two of ‘The Tudors’ focused on Henry VIII’s take over of the church in England, and Thomas More’s martyrdom. Oh yeah, there was a lot of sex too.
