With summer officially starting, the week brought more premieres from ABC, and over on cable. The news was good for some (‘Rookie Blue’, ‘Futurama’, ‘Memphis Beat’), and not so good for others (‘Scoundrels’, ‘Boston Med’).

I would love to know what is motivating Bill, Franklin, and, well, everyone in the state of Mississippi.

As always, most of this episode of ‘Burn Notice’ was enjoyable. I found myself irritated by several things that just kept irking me throughout the episode — am I alone?
