We made it, folks. Portland and St. Louis were the last two stops on the ever-chugging ‘Idol’ train and I’m glad they’re over. Let’s head to Hollywood.

Family. We’ve got all kinds of family units on ‘The Vampire Diaries’ and just about every one of them was explored in tonight’s episode. And, as usual, we got several more mysteries for the one that was solved. Is that really a fair trade?
