It was a little perplexing to me that this episode was entitled “Changes,” since none of the characters seem to have the ability to do so. Was this just the set up?

If I’d seen “Day of the Moon” later this evening, I might very well be sleeping with a light on. Steven Moffat teams with a first-rate cast to once again scare the bejesus out of the audience.
