The week on DVD brings new offerings from ‘Survivor’, ‘Barney Miller’, ‘F Word’, ‘Tales Of Wells Fargo’, ‘The Virginian’, ‘Wagon Train’, ‘Avengers’, ‘Robot Chicken’, ‘Tom & Jerry’, ‘Dennis The Menace’, ‘Snapped’, and ‘Young Justice’.

After beating the odds awhile now, ‘Lie To Me’ finally got the axe this past season. The final season is now on DVD, and while it’s not bad, couldn’t the cult hit get a bigger sendoff?

Take 1950s urban, U.K. cool and pair it with the perpetual angst of a newsroom at the beginning of the rise of TV news and you get six hours of fun with BBC’s ‘The Hour.’

Diving into the 2nd season DVDs, I find some positives and some disappointments. Good news? More Taco Tone productions. Bad news? Well …
