What did I learn from this week’s ‘The Voice’? The importance of knowing your British rock bands, to fear Javier, and a new word, courtesy of Adam Levine. Let’s get to it, shall we?
‘Game of Thrones’ has been great so far. The production value is out of this world and the series has really captured everything good about the novel. The thing that has impressed the most, though, is the casting.
It will be telling if, next season, Glenn Childs returns to ‘The Good Wife’. A return for the former State’s Attorney means the show plans to focus at least part of its time on the political … an end to his character could spell a prolonged detour into a lot of cheesiness.
So … how did Week 2 of the Battle Rounds on ‘The Voice’ turn out? I’ll give you one hint: Things stepped up….
It was a rather odd choice for ‘NCIS’ to create two disposable roles of minor significance — EJ and CI-Ray — for multi-episode arcs without making either the killer. Wouldn’t one of them have made a better choice than going ‘Universal Soldier’?
The episodes have aired, so now lets look at how my May Sweeps Guess Game turned out.
