Congratulations to Lloyd on being named interim head of the TV department. He’s earned it by sheer effort if you consider everything Ari’s put him through over the years … but how far has he grown beyond the days when he was just Johnny’s quasi representation?

Last week we were again reminded that a whole lot of people really like ‘Jersey Shore’. The show was easily the big winner for the week. On the broadcast networks, ‘The Bachelorette’ finale was good news for ABC.

Could you love poor, late Gale any more than after this episode? That poor, wonderful nerd.

We should all be very happy that ‘Falling Skies’ has been picked up for a second season. I think we’d all be pretty unhappy if this is how the story ended. Instead, now, a very cool door has been opened for the next season.
