AMC’s translation of ‘The Walking Dead’ comics to television may not be an exact retelling of the story, but the changes are certainly not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, some digressions could make the story better.

Margaret began to see the truth about Nucky and the way he does business in this week’s ‘Boardwalk Empire.’ Is it enough to keep her away from the gentleman gangster?

I could be wrong, but isn’t there such a thing as a foot model? I guess they’d be the wrong choice for a runway show like this, but what do they get hired to do if not to model shoes?

It’s great that Pam intervened before Michael pursued his cancer theory, but where was she when he started following the herpes theory to its inevitable conclusion? The latter seems a lot more damaging to others, no?

I might be addressing the wrong generation here, but all that talk about where Mike’s employee lived … anyone else get a flash of Chris Farley talking about “a van down by the river?”

I enjoy the fact that this way we’re exposed to them more often, but would it really be likely for all three name partners at a law firm to be involved with so many cases together? Doesn’t that seem a bit inefficient?
