Episodes ago, when Jim said he was an expert in all things homicidal, he wasn’t being arrogant. He was letting us know he lacked expertise in all other areas of his life. Being stuck between Callie and Josie drove that point home.
‘Mad Men’ always frames its stories around big events in the ’60s, and this week the action had the backdrop of the big Sonny Liston and Muhammad Ali fight that worked perfectly for the conflict in the episode.
