While I’ve been troubled (read: bored) by a particular storyline or two, the saving grace has been the performance of Denis O’Hare as the King of Mississippi.

We didn’t get another “Roshomon Job,” but we did get some forward movement on the Moreau story line and lots of Parker — always a good thing.

The 2010 telecast seemed better this year overall. But it wasn’t because of Jimmy Fallon, his guitar or his white waiter’s jacket. It was probably Sofia Vergara.

‘The Pillars of the Earth’ finished up this week, but if you’re like me and have been watching through Netflix, you haven’t yet seen the final hour. It’s frustrating, but we can still talk about the penultimate episode.
