Most of the excitement was on cable last week, with premieres from ‘Wilfred’, ‘Louie’, ‘Suits’, ‘Burn Notice’, and ‘Futurama’. There were also finales for ‘Game of Thrones’, ‘The Killing’, ‘Nurse Jackie’, and ‘United States of Tara.’
‘Warehouse 13′, ‘Rizzoli & Isles’, and ‘Criminal Intent’ lead a week that also includes ‘Hell’s Kitchen’, ‘Underwater Universe’, ‘Bordertown’, ‘Above and Beyond’, ‘Mary Bryant’, ‘Ends of the Earth’, ‘ReBoot’, ‘Ancient Aliens’, and George Gently’.

This week, ‘Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition’ introduces us to LaRhonda, a 24-year-old, 433 lb woman who uses food to deal not only with her mother’s death, but a dark childhood secret as well.
Gordon Ramsay was on fire with the pithy quotes this week, and the remaining fifteen contestants are carmelized down by one. So long Alvin!
Are you new to the ‘Game of Thrones’ world? Each week, I will review it from the perspective of a newbie to the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros. You won’t find spoilers from the book here, just a review of the show itself.
Sometimes, all you need from a show is that warm, fuzzy feeling. And on that front, ‘The Marriage Ref’ delivers.
Each week I review a show that’s new to me. Good idea, or punishment (mine or yours)? You be the judge. But either way, if I had to watch it, the least you can do is read what I have to say….
Caption the photo contests may not be the most original idea on the planet, but they can be fun as hell when people join in. Think you can drop us the funniest caption for this week’s shot?
The return of ‘Ugly Americans’ comes with some fantasy parodies, hot camp counselors and unethical mining practices. Basically, everything you remember about summer vacation, right?
