Get the inside scoop on Kyle XY’s new season!

Our favorite belly button-less human being is back in action on January 12 when Kyle XY‘s third season premieres on ABC Family. Luckily for you, you don’t have to wait any longer to get the inside scoop on the upcoming season!

Thanks to Fancast.com, we not only bring you spoilers Matt Dallas gave during a chat held on January 5, but we also tell you how you can watch the entire premiere online starting almost a week before it airs!

During the Fancast web chat, Matt Dallas gave the following spoilers:

• Due to the writers’ strike, season 3 will only have 10 episodes.
• We won’t hear Lori play another song this season.
• Mark is a huge part of the season and gets more involved with Kyle and Lori.
• Tom Foss and Adam Baylin will make brief appearances.
• Kyle will not tell everything to Amanda because he wants to protect her. He is also afraid that if she knew everything, she would not love him. Kyle and Amanda will make us cry fairly early in the season. Their relationship will be tested a lot by Jessi.
• Kyle and Jessi will share a few kisses but not all will necessarily be romantic ones.
• Josh and Andy will go through a lot this season, both good and bad.
• A new character will be Cassidy, a cool and enigmatic character – we won’t know if he’s good or bad.
• We will see a new side of Kyle that is darker.
