It’s an interesting home video week. The big releases include Limitless and Take Me Home Tonight, followed by a video game adaptation (Tekken), a WWE star’s big screen debut (House of the Rising Sun), another direct-to-video effort from Steven Seagal (Belly of the Beast), a barely-seen comedy with an amazing cast (Peep World), and a true “bad movie we love” (Skidoo). Add to those some great titles making their Blu-ray debuts (Amélie in particular is worth the upgrade) and a collection of new Criterion Collection classics, including one of my all-time favorites, Jean Cocteau‘s Beauty and the Beast. Throw in a documentary about Harper Lee and To Kill a Mockingbird, and the week offers something for everyone! So peruse our little marketplace … hopefully you’ll find something to your liking!
