Meh. B/c I’m a whiner?
Because I think it is one of the funniest shows on TV.
I don’t really DESERVE to win this package…after all, who DESERVES to win a free gift? haha…but I would really love to give my dad this stuff for his birthday next month. He’s had a really tough last 6 months (unemployed, sick, etc), and he LOVES psych! It would be a perfect gift!

I’ve been eagerly waiting for the Psych season 3 DVDs all summer, but since I don’t have a job anymore I can’t afford to revel in the awesome that is Psych.

I’d love to have some Psych swag to give to my girlfriend for her birthday next week. We’re having a Psych party tonight, if that’s any indication of our Psych fanitude.
I deserve to win this prize package because I have been a fan of Psych since its inception. I’m not one of those people that started watching it halfway through a season and decided it was a cool show. I remember that I was first introduced to it via a free episode of the Pilot on iTunes. I was hooked as soon as I had finished watching it. Needless to say, this is my absolute favorite comedy tv series. I keep on thinking about asking the producers of the show if they would ever consider casting a fan of the show to appear in an episode, but I still haven’t gotten around to doing so. That could be because I figure that it would be too hard to arrange something like that to happen anyway since there would be (metaphorically speaking) 99,456 other fans that weren’t selected to appear in an episode that might not be happy.
I would LOVE to win, quite frankly, because it is my favorite show on TV. Plus, I really, really wanted to go to The Con but couldn’t afford it. Another reason? My husband and I keep every since episode on our TiVo (re-watching each episode multiple times throughout the year) until the DVDs come out. Also, I am a huge fan of delicious flavor.
Because I totally gave Shawn a fruit basket, but replaced all the fruit that were not pineapples with extra pineapples. He said he had never seen something so glorious in the whole world.

I have been a huge fan of the show since it first began, and have converted my entire family and many other friends into fans. I’ve never missed an episode and I currently own the first two seasons on DVD. However, I’ve recently had to put a lot of money into fixing my car’s engine therefore cannot afford to buy season 3, even though my favorite episode of all time is from season 3. I think “Tuesday the 17th” is the best episode ever!
A friend from across the country is visiting this week and she brought along all three seasons of Psych, because she’s a huge fan. I’d never seen it before, and she started us out on the telenovela episode. I was intrigued. It was funny and I loved the characters — and I’ll admit it, I freaking love telenovelas. And then we watched Lassie Did a Bad, Bad Thing. Oh good heavens. Another friend who was there at the time and I turned to each other and were both dismayed at how ridiculously attractive we found Tim Omundson. (And how much we love Lassie. Oh Lassie. ♥)
… Needless to say, partially for very shallow reasons, I am totally going to watch all of Psych now — and keep track of the new season. It’s a good addition to my very slim TV lineup.

I think that I deserve to win the package because I have watched Psych since the very beginning and never missed an episode…in fact I’ve seen every episode at least twice, most of them at least three times. I follow Psych on Twitter, I am a Psych fan on Facebook, and I have Psych viewing parties at my house on Friday nights. The background on my computer is a picture of Shawn and Juliet (who I want to be together so bad that I almost cried in “An Evening With Mr. Yang” when Juliet came to the drive-in and expressed her feelings to Shawn, and he went back to his date with Abigail). My favorite episode ever is “American Duos”, and I’ve literally seen it over 10 times.
So basically I love Psych more than any other show I’ve ever seen, and if it weren’t for my lack of money, I would already own the Season 3 DVD, but unfortunately I am completely broke. I <3 Psych!! :]

I was already asked this question today, and this is the best thing I could come up with..
I think I should win because..
Well, first of all, let me tell you a little story. Imagine with me, if you will, a beautiful summer day in a lush, green meadow where dragonflies dance and bumblebees buzz. Imagine a gently bubbling brook tumbling down beside a huge willow tree that towers over the perfect picnic spot, and warm sun rays peeping from between its long, flowing branches. I would like to tell you that this is where our story starts, but, alas, I can not.
Our story starts on the streets of Manhattan, where there are no dancing dragonflies and certainly no lush, green meadows, unless you consider my neighbors children’s chalk art on the side walk lush and meadowy. But still, there is something green in this world that signifies life and happiness.. we will get to that later. Let me take you back to the morning of March 21st, a cold, rainy morning when the skies drearily cried big, acid raindrops.
I had just awoken when my cellphone rang. My head felt like it weighed a million pounds as I lifted it off the slightly damp pillow. On normal nights I don’t drool, but because of my extremely long and tiring 18 hours of work the previous day, I had collapsed into bed without even taking my make up off. I don’t know about you, but for some reason that always makes me drool. Anyway, I rolled over into a sitting position and grabbed my cellular device off my shabby nightstand table.
“Hello?” I grunted, clearing my throat in the process. My greeting was soon followed by a rush of loud instructions, most notably the “Get your butt into work NOW!” one. I checked the time and it was quarter till a very ungodly hour in the morning. “6 AM?” I thought. Surely this must be a dream.. surely I must still be asleep. But, as I walked into my kitchen area and saw the very real cat barf on the floor, I knew it was not a dream, but my real, awful life.
The day progressed slowly, painfully even. Work was definitely not a basket of bread sticks, but more like a bucket of broken, used CD-RW’s… Uh, anyway, lunch actually wasn’t that bad, if you ignore the lack of napkins and overdose of mustard. After lunch was horrid, however. I got back to the office to find my boss wearing sneakers without socks. I don’t know about you, but I just think that’s weird. Also, the coworker I share a cubicle with decided it was annoy-your-coworker-by-telling-them-every-Twitter-update-they-see-from-their-favorite-celebrity day. If I hear, “OMG, guess what John Mayer just did!! He SNEEZED!!!” I swear I will shoot myself. Or the person who said it.
When I got home, I was a little down. Work was long and I wasn’t feeling extremely well. All I wanted to do was go home-home, back to a place where there was actually grass and stuff, and get away from my life in New York. I wanted something fun to do. But, I decided not to be melodramatic about it and strode over to the window on the opposite side of my apartment in three (very) small strides. When I looked out, I saw something on the building next to me. It was small, but what I saw astounded me. Well, the meaning of what I saw astounded me. I saw what appeared to be a chalk drawing of a pineapple, scrawled on the brick wall by a child. And by that I mean a very bad drawing of a pineapple. Actually I’m not even sure it was a pineapple. In fact I think it may have been a moose. A very pineapply moose. But at the time it reminded me of a pineapple! And that moosey pineapple reminded me of a time, earlier in my life, that I had been happy. A time when things seemed to fit together and my life was complete. A time in my life that I like to refer to as.. February 2009. The season in my life when Psych was airing every Friday night at 10/9C. And I thought to myself, “Wait… there is something here that is green, alive, and happy! And it involves fun. Really good, hysterical fun.” I rushed to the drawer under my TV (and by rushed I mean turned around to face.. yay New York apartments) and slid it open. It was as if I was opening a treasure chest filled with priceless gold, and it felt like it too. There, on the top, was a heart-warming sight: a DVD case with shiny green lettering spelling, “Psych: The Complete First Season.” There, amongst all the annoyances and crap of my life was a DVD-sized piece that was good, and funny, and amusing. Needless to say, I spent the rest of the night laughing as I watched episode after episode, completely, utterly, and blissfully happy.
I’m not sure how you couldn’t know how much I love Psych after this story. Psych is incredibly important to me. I’m a volunteer spokesperson for Psych too, always telling people about it because it’s so important that there is something so incredibly stupid and funny out there for people to watch. It’s hilarious.. and people need humor in their everyday lives. Psych is like a life serum for me and winning this prize would be like having more life and more happiness and more things to remind me that there are hysterically amazingly hilarious things out there when my life sucks. So please have mercy on me and pick me for this prize, it would mean a lot.
As a side note, that story was slightly fabricated. And by that I mean…completely made up. Hehe. However I think I should win the prize because I’m devoted enough to make up an entire story as to why I should win. Hope you enjoyed! :D Oh, and @Psych_USA referred me here. Cheers!!

I should win because I am a Psych “early adopter”. I watched from episode 1 and have forced many many people to get in to Psych. Their ratings and DVD sales are clearly because of my efforts. CLEARLY.

Do I deserve a Psych prize pack? I hope so! I have been a huge Psych fan from the very first episodes, actually a little before, when USA Network started airing the promo spots with Shawn talking to Dead Zone’s Johnny Smith and Monk, I could tell I was going to enjoy the show and the character, never imagining it would become my absolute favorite tv show! I have entered every Psych related contest since that first episode in 2005, although I have yet to win one! :-D I joined myspace, facebook, and twitter only after I found out there were character and fan pages for the show, a silly reason? Maybe but I didn’t care! 98% of all my “updates” are a quote from Psych, which I think my friends enjoy as I usually get some funny comments, you would be surprised that there is a Psych quotes for almost every situation in life! I ended up meeting one of my best friends, Jodie, a fellow Psych fan, while competing for a spot on Shawn’s top myspace friends list, we ended up becoming great friends and even started a 3D cake business together, https://www.drastudio.com/cakes/, all because of a mutual love for an awesome show! I have introduced many people to the show already who have become incredibly loyal viewers, most recently my 10 yr old nephew Alex who has now become almost as obsessed as I am! We (my nephew and entire family) are constantly quoting lines, fist pounding each-other, hunting for pineapples everywhere and threatening to punch each other in the knee! Oh and I also can’t quit saying “Dude!”, something I never said before the show, thanks Shawn! I would love to win this contest, even more so because the Psych shirt I bought years ago, I have worn so much it is literally falling apart, we are desperately trying to sew it back together since I don’t have money to buy a new one right now! I believe I deserve to win because I have seen every episode at least four or five times. Maybe more, no one knows for sure. I speak in quotes from the show, which confuses the very few people I know that I haven’t gotten hooked on it (yet). Like Shawn, I give people pineapples for their birthdays, anniversaries, baby shower gifts, etc. And this year for my birthday i’m having pineapple upside-down cake. I would bake it in an easy-bake oven, but it would take too long.

I should win psych prizes because i don’t make a lot of money and can not afford to buy such fanciness on my own. I do however enjoy watching psych . I also feel that Pineapples are the king of fruits which is why they get to have that fancy green crown. I aspire to be a writer because of Psych and I met some of my best friends because we both watched the show. In fact, I’m watching the season premiere at a friend’s house who also watches Psych. So I love this show more than I can even begin to explain. It’s my favorite show of ALL TIME and winning this contest would probably make my life. I was really sad when I found out that the Psych swag wouldn’t be available to those who couldn’t make it to California/don’t have the cash for comic con, but now that I know that I can still acquire it, I REALLY want it. I would be so freaking excited to win this; I would most likely be jumping up and down if I won. So PLEASE let me win and make one of Psych’s biggest fan’s wish for the swag come true.

Why should I deserve to win? Well, I’m an awesome person wrapped in a pineapple enigma. But enough about that… Well, I’ve been a Psych fan since before it even premiered!(preview on my Cable, Comcast, and the commercials were hilarious!) Also, I’ve assimilated many of my friends into Psych-o’s. How cool is that? Lastly, I tend to use Psych-quotage just about everyday, with my fellow Psych-o friends as well as others!
I would love,love, love to win this prize. I watch Psych over and over and laugh my butt off(if only this were true,my butt is still attached). I have seen every episode at least 4 times and now my mom is hooked too. Although Simon Baker and his show are “okay”, nothing beats Psych and James Roday. I’m a poet and I didn’t know it. You have to watch it the first time it airs to see the funny commercials and the outtakes at the end. Having been a kid/teen in the ’80s makes the show even better. James and Dule are the best partnership since peanut butter and jelly/toast and butter/ maybe PINEAPPLE and ham?
I deserve to win, because I love this show. Because this show is the only TV show on television that makes me laugh out loud every single episode. It’s the kind of show everyone needs in their life.
I believe unbelievably strongly that I believe to win this package. From day one I’ve been a fan of Psych and have since then only gotten more and more into the show. No other show compares to Psych for me and I love it more then any other show. I love the characters, I love all the pineapple, I love the writing and, honestly, I Just love the whole show.

I deserve to win because I acknowledge that Gus is the sexy half of the Shawn/Gus Duo. Just kidding. I’ve been a fan of the show since its very first episode. I love that this show is witty and smart.

My estranged brother and I decided to pool our dollars and live together a few years back and Psych was one of those shows that we really bonded. Something about the Shawn/Gus buddies-forever mentality. It works wonders, I tell ya!

My granddaughter introduced me to this show and I absolutely adore it. With all my medical problems, it helps to be able to laugh out loud watching Psych. I would love to watch the DVDs and my granddaughter would enjoy the other things. Thank you.
SO I’ve watched Psych since the beginning, loving every moment of it, including the theme song, which no matter how many times I try to get right, when singing along I inevitably get stuck and forced into “la, la, la”. Needless to say, the Spanish version really threw me for a loop! (Though I loved the telenovela touch). So, in addition to the package providing endless entertainment, the DVD would also help me brush up on the song, and thus avoid my husband inevitably laughing at me…

Oh-h-h-h Pick me, Pick me. I don’t get to watch Psych since I can’t afford Cable or a dish. I’ve watched a couple of episodes at a friends house, but they don’t have enough room on their DVR to save all the ones I’ve missed, so I NEED this set to get my Psych fix.
I deserve this prize because I enjoy Judd Nelson, I like to make up names like Gus “TT” Showbiz, and love random food as much as Shawn Spencer himself. Now, I have to run and get some jerk chicken.

I am a huge Psych fan. I’ve never missed an episode, and I have converted at least 15 people to watching the show. I also tell people not to watch the Mentalist. I make references to the show all the time on message boards. I reference the show all the time in real life too, and I am a huge fan.

I think that James Roday and Dule Hill are hot hot hot ..in their own crazy ways. I love the last minute of the show with the outtakes. I always set my dvr for an extra two minutes so they don’t get cut off.
