Ellen DeGeneres – Love for a departing American Idol judge

Here at CliqueClack, we exude the love.

We exude the love toward lots of things: Caprica. Lost. Mad Men. House. Breaking Bad. Reality Shows.

And some of us — a few of us — even exude the love at Ellen. Yes … that Ellen. Ellen DeGeneres.

You see … it’s a sad day here at the CliqueClack offices. It was announced today Ellen will be departing the American Idol judges’ table after but a single season of service. She’s quoted as saying:

“… while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings.”

That’s okay, Ellen. We understand. But that doesn’t we won’t miss you here at CliqueClack.

I’ve gathered a few quotations by some of my colleagues and myself, lifted from some of the posts we’ve done, to show you our love for you….

Yes … we’re going to miss you, Ellen.

But we know where to find you. If our need becomes overwhelming, we know you’re right there in beautiful Burbank, at the Warner Bros. Studios….

P.S.  What’s this I hear about Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez as replacements … ?!?!?
