I don’t know about where you are, but up here in the northeast fall is beginning to hit full force. The leaves are turning, the wind is blowing, and there is a definite chill in the air. Fall is my favorite time of year to cook. I love lazy fall Sundays, watching football, something cooking low and slow in the kitchen, warming the house and making it smell delicious.
