Showtime gets top billing this week with the latest Dexter release, and with good reason. It might not bring the ratings that HBO sees with True Blood, but I’ve noticed that when people go out of their way to tell me their favorite show, Dexter is far and away the most common offering. It would seem that once people finally get started, they don’t stop. Based on that, it would be my pick of the week. That is, unless you haven’t yet hopped on board. If you haven’t, then consider the first season of Dexter the pick of the week. And if you are all caught up with everybody’s favorite serial killer, The Brain That Wouldn’t Die is fantastically bad.
