“Indiana Shawn and the Temple of the Kinda Crappy, Rusty Old Dagger” – I just love Indiana Jones.

I actually have 2 favorite episodes, the one where Juliet and Shawn FINALLY get together, a much awaited moment which didn’t disappoint, then the hangover episode. That episode was just too funny and unpredicable.

My favority is Here’s Lassitor. I love the shinning and I think they did a wonderful job of recreating it Psych style. Plus who better to be crazy then Lassie!

Tough call due to my love of 80’s pop culture. Not sure if I should pick “Murder?… Anyone?… Anyone?… Bueller?” for all the awesome 80’s teen film references or “This Episode Sucks” for the great guest stars which included a Goonie, the original Buffy and Tom Lenk from the Buffy TV series.

I’ll give the slight edge to “Murder?… Anyone?… Anyone?… Bueller?” for the nods to John Hughes.

“This Episode Sucks” was my favorite because of the whole vamipire connection. I am a “sucker” for vampires I guess. ;)

Does “Shawn vs. the Red Phantom” count as themed? If not I don’t care, because… George Takei… Magichead…

The Psych Arcade looks like an iCade. If so, it’s also compatible with the iPhone, iPod Touch, and a number of additional apps.

I like the one where they’re at the haunted amusement park!

Love, love, love High Top Fade Out! Who wouldn’t like Blackapella or should I say Quarterblack? ;)

Dual Spires/Twin Peaks is my favorite. I hadn’t even watched Twin Peaks before I saw it, but the episode was so good that I just had to look up the original. I love how many subtle references there are in addition to the obvious ones. It’s so different from a normal Psych, but I like that it takes a little bit of extra thinking to catch everything. It’s just such a good episode, and so well produced!

I would choose “Indiana Shawn and the Temple of the Kinda Crappy, Rusty Old Dagger.” Shawn made a cute Indy and eventually figured out how to use the whip to get the lift car. :)

My favorite episode of all time is “An Evening with Mr. Yang”. This episode terrified me! It was so intense and I loved every minute of it. For the sixth season, my favorite is “Heeeeer’es Lassie”. Again, this is mainly because of how creepy it is. But the acting in both of these episodes is tremendous!

My favorite episode ( it’s tough to pick one) has to be the dual spires episode aka the twin peaks themed episode. I’ve finally gotten around to watching twin peaks and I’m addicted to the brilliant and zany style of story telling it provides, just like psych. Psych is one if the most underrated series on tv and it almost mimics the cult status of the movies, shows and actors it admires and showcases!

My favorite psych themed episode is “Lights, Camera …Homicido”. I watch this episode on repeat and laugh non stop every time I see Shawn butchering the Spanish language while wearing guy liner.

“This Episode Sucks” is at the top of my favorite psych theme episodes. I loved how all the guest stars, played a role in a Vampire themed movie or TV show. Seeing Gus and Shawn show up in full vampire gear, cracked me up to no end.

Loved “Dual Spires.”. What a great homage to Twin Peaks (one of my all-time favorite shows!).

Bollywood Homicide because I like Bollywood.

April 6, 2012 at 9:14 AM

My favorite episode would be The Polarizing Express. Its fun to see how Shawn changed everyone’s life and where they would’ve been without him.

April 6, 2012 at 3:51 PM

I love Alfred H. So mine of course would be the episode of the Ying Yang triliogy where they did a nod to Hickcock. How cool was that, rear window, etc. I loved the way they incorporated the people and all four scenes.

Spellingg Bee (Season 1, Episode 2): It’s my favorite, probably becaue it was the one tht really got me hooked on the series. Great plot, but what worked best for me is when Shawn and Gus exchange one-liners – really excellent!

April 8, 2012 at 9:34 AM

My favorite episode is Indiana Shawn and the Temple of the Kinda Crappy, Rusty Old Dagger. Psych is great and to get it related to Indiana Jones….even better. Just picked up an Indiana Jones book this morning.

April 11, 2012 at 9:20 PM

My favorite episode is “Lights, Camera… Homicidio!” because Shawn speaking, or attempting to speak, Spanish is so… so… what’s the word… Banana Sled! Come on son, it is so great, I can’t think of the right word to even begin describing it correctly.
