A short list this week includes ‘Airwolf’, ‘Garrow’s Law’, ‘Blue Murder’, ‘Saturday Night Live’, ‘Flockton Flyer’, and ‘Single Handed’.
Except for a few shining moments between the Dictator of Taste (Blair) and the Williamsburg Weasel (Dan), this episode was full of lectures and predictable story lines. And, oh, yeah, there was a party at the end.
The Volkov storyline came to a close and everyone ended up exactly where they belonged. The mission to bring down Volkov was so well-done that I didn’t think the last ten minutes could possibly overshadow it, but it did.
Am I just one of the sheep now, because I’ve actually grown to like the ‘Human Target’ reboot? Nah, because as much as I enjoyed tonight’s episode, I do have one huge nitpick … and I mean enormous.
BBC’s very smart business move, creating a web series spinoff of their ‘Being Human’ hit – with teenaged supes to boot – definitely trumps SyFy’s remake of a show that hasn’t even finished its original run.
Each week I review a show that’s new to me. Good idea, or punishment (mine or yours)? You be the judge. But either way, if I had to watch it, the least you can do is read what I have to say….
Am I the only one wondering how it is that Charlie, hit by a stun gun in the back, got up before the cop that Hank punched in the face? What does that say for the taser industry?
